Cancellation and Refund
ONEDIET Nutrition India believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please raise a complaint within 3 days of receiving the product. We will verify the claims at our end and take the appropriate decision.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
If you are not satisfied with our supplements, you can inform us within 14 days of the date of receipt of products. However, we recommend checking the order as soon as possible and informing us at the earliest possible. Conditions for order to be eligible for return/refund:
1. **Defective product**
2. **The product is not of the characteristics or features as told or as agreed to**
3. **Unused and in its original new condition, if not defective or damaged**
4. **Products which are not damaged by customers**
5. **Products which are not tampered and Serial number is intact**
6. **Product returned back in its original packaging including box, original invoice, security seals and price tags**
7. **If the product is delivered at a date later than the delivery schedule**
8. **Wrong Item Received**: Though we ensure such an issue never happens, if it does happen in the rarest of the rare case, we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.
Damaged/Faulty Items
We urge you to accept our sincere apologies if you have received an item that is damaged/faulty. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product and tell us exactly what the fault is.
As soon as we receive your items back, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and is in original conditions and then we will issue the full refund or exchange with similar or different item, as per your request.
Item Not Received
We urge you to accept our sincere apologies if you have not received your item. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible.
To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 28 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.
How To Return Your Order

You can contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process once you have initiated a return.
Wherever possible, we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners. In case the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs of Rs 100 for any courier charges borne by you to send the product to us.
Next Steps From Our End
All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department.
If you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the price of your item (including the cost of delivery).
Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt.
We will refund the original credit/debit card/PayPal account used to purchase the item.
Return Of Replacement Goods
If an item you ordered was found to be faulty and we replaced it, you have the right to cancel your order in respect of the replacement product within 7 working days starting on the day after you received the replacement item and receive a refund.
Cost Of Returning Items
Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where:
– Wrong item has been delivered
– The item is damaged/faulty
– You are returning a substitute or replacement item
