February 8, 2024The ingredients in this smoothie are pretty straight forward:- 2 ripe frozen bananas, 3/4 cup ice, 1 cup oat milk, 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Other ingredients to consider for various health benefits are avocado, cauliflower, oats, chia seeds, almond butter, and spinach.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Garnish with chopped chocolate if desired, and that’s it!
- You can enjoy this smoothie for breakfast, lunch, or for an evening dessert.
